Sizing and Care

How do I know what size I should purchase?

Footwear: 99% of our footwear fits true to size. Refer to the product description for each shoe to see more detailed information. 

Tees: Cut and sew tees are slightly cropped and boxy and fit true to size. Please size up one size for a roomier fit.

Parka: Jackets fit slightly cropped and boxy but run true to size. Please size down one size for a slimmer fit or size up one size for an oversized look. 

Jackets: Bomber and Puffer jackets fit true to size. Please take your normal size or size up one size if you are going to wear a hoodie or layer with your puffer.

Shorts: X-Small (26-28), Small (28-30), Medium (30-32), Large (32-34), X-Large (34-36), XX-Large (36-38). Shorts are designed to hit right above the knee.


Baggy Sweatpants & Sweatshorts: These two products come sizes S/M, L/XL and XXL. The S/M and L/XL pairs have the same inseam length but slightly different waist sizes.

The XXL has a larger waist and longer inseam than the other two pairs. 

How do I wash my products?

We recommend for all items to be washed in cold water and hang dried. If you have any additional questions about how to care for your items, please send us a detailed email.

 

Processing, Cancellations, and Refunds

How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We process and ship orders 7 days a week to get you your order as soon as possible.

If you require further assistance or need to alter your order information please email us with your order # and inquiry.

Due to the limited nature of our products we cannot issue cancellations or refunds.

All sales are final.

Shipping and Delivery

What is the shipping carrier do you use?

Typically, all domestic and international orders are shipped by UPS or Amazon Parcel. If UPS or Amazon Parcel is not available in your region, we will ship via the available service at that time.

All orders receive a tracking number which can be used to stay up to date with your delivery information.

Once an item is shipped we are unable to intercept a package or change the mailing address as we can and will only ship the address originally provided during check out.

We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages.

 

Item Availability

I had an item in my cart but when I went to check out, it said sold out. What happened?

Our releases are available on a first come first serve basis due to the limited nature of our items, an item might have been in two carts and whichever cart holder processed their order first was able to secure the item.

Though unlikely, if an order is complete, but an item is out of stock during the time of fulfillment we will contact you via email and issue you a full refund to the original payment method.

 

Forms of Payment

We accept payments in the form of most Debit and Credit Cards, Paypal and payment installments through Shop Pay. 

We do not send emails asking for customers to send their card information to complete purchases.
