For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Services” means our website, ecommerce store, products, customer service channels, marketing programs, events, promotions, social media pages, and other online or offline services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy.
Please review the following to understand how we process and safeguard personal information about you. By using any of our Services, whether by visiting our website or otherwise, and/or by voluntarily providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the practices contained in this Privacy Statement.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or could reasonably be linked to you or your household. The categories of information we collect depend on how you interact with us.

Payment card information is generally processed by our third-party payment processors, and we do not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

Inferences, such as preferences, interests, shopping behavior, product size, fit, or style preferences, product interests, release interests, and other information used to personalize your experience.

Sensitive personal information, only where applicable and permitted by law, such as account login credentials or precise geolocation if enabled. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, place an order, enter a raffle or limited release, return or exchange a product, contact customer service, sign up for emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, or other communications, participate in promotions, submit reviews, attend events, interact with us on social media, or otherwise provide information to us.
We collect information automatically when you use the Services, including through cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, SDKs, analytics tools, advertising technologies, fraud-prevention tools, and similar tracking technologies.
We may also collect information from third parties, including ecommerce platforms, payment processors, financing providers, shipping providers, fulfillment providers, fraud-prevention vendors, marketing partners, analytics providers, advertising networks, social media platforms, data providers, and other service providers.
Please note that if we operate pop-up stores, retail events, showrooms, or other physical locations, and you visit, we may collect certain data or information in connection with those locations, including security footage or CCTV where permitted by law, to help maintain security, protect property, and prevent, deter, and investigate theft, fraud, or other unlawful activity.

Marketing Uses. As part of our marketing operations, we process your personal information to send messages to you about us, our partners, and the products and services we offer, which may from time to time include contests, rewards, events, and special offers for products and services. These communications may be tailored based on the communications preferences you select when providing us with your information or your activity on the Services, such as an abandoned cart, and is based on your prior consent, if such consent is required in accordance with applicable law.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, keep you logged in, analyze traffic, understand customer behavior, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud, and deliver or measure advertisements.
These technologies may collect information about your device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, products viewed, cart activity, purchases, and interactions with emails or advertisements. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, certain features of the Services may not function properly.
We may work with third-party analytics and advertising partners, including platforms such as Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, and similar providers, to help us understand use of the Services and deliver relevant advertising.
Some cookies are necessary to operate the Services and cannot be disabled through our Services. Other cookies and similar technologies may be used for analytics, personalization, advertising, retargeting, attribution, fraud prevention, and performance measurement. You may be able to disable or delete certain cookies through your browser settings, and, where available, through our cookie preference tools. If you disable cookies, certain features of the Services may not function properly.
Third-party platforms and service providers, including Shopify and advertising, analytics, payment, fraud-prevention, and social media providers, may use their own cookies and similar technologies in connection with the Services. We do not control third-party cookies or similar technologies, which are subject to those third parties’ own privacy policies and terms.
Do Not Track; Global Privacy Control. Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals or similar mechanisms. Because there is not currently a uniform industry standard for recognizing or responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. However, where required by applicable law, we will recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or the processing of personal information for targeted advertising, for the browser or device through which the signal is sent. Because GPC signals are browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable the signal separately on each browser or device that you use.
5. Limited Releases, Fraud Prevention, and Order Review
Bravest offers limited-release products and may use purchase limits, raffles, drawings, reservations, waitlists, early-access opportunities, and other release mechanics. To protect the integrity of these releases and the customer experience, we may collect, use, and disclose information to detect and prevent fraud, bot activity, automated checkout activity, unauthorized resale, chargeback abuse, purchase-limit circumvention, account misuse, inaccurate information, and other violations of our Terms of Service.
Bravest may use manual and automated tools to identify, review, limit, cancel, or refuse orders, accounts, entries, reservations, waitlist submissions, or other activity that appears to involve bots, automated checkout tools, scripted purchasing activity, multiple account abuse, purchase limit circumvention, unauthorized resale activity, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, false or inconsistent account information, suspicious shipping or billing patterns, or other activity that may undermine the integrity of limited releases, promotions, product drops, or the customer experience. This review may involve information collected from you, your account, your device, your order activity, payment processors, ecommerce platforms, fraud-prevention vendors, shipping providers, analytics providers, and other service providers.
This may include reviewing account information, order history, payment information, billing and shipping information, device information, IP address, transaction information, communications, and information received from ecommerce platforms, payment processors, fraud-prevention vendors, shipping providers, analytics providers, and other service providers.
6. SMS, WhatsApp, Mobile Messaging and Electronic Communications
If you enroll in, subscribe to, or otherwise consent to receive text messages, WhatsApp messages, or other mobile messages from Bravest, we may collect and use information reasonably necessary to provide, administer, personalize, measure, and support those messaging programs. This may include your phone number, consent records, opt-in and opt-out records, message content, delivery status, interaction data, device information, account activity, purchase activity, cart activity, product-release signups, marketing preferences, and related communications information.
Bravest may use third-party messaging service providers, including Postscript, to help operate, administer, deliver, personalize, measure, and support its text message, WhatsApp, and other mobile messaging programs. These providers may process mobile messaging information on Bravest’s behalf, including phone numbers, consent records, opt-in and opt-out records, message content, delivery status, interaction data, account activity, purchase activity, cart activity, marketing preferences, and related communications information.
We may use this information to send and administer transactional and marketing messages, including order updates, shipping or delivery updates, customer service communications, product release information, limited-release reminders, promotional messages, back-in-stock alerts, drop reminders, and abandoned-cart reminders, where permitted by applicable law and subject to any consent required by law.
Your participation in Bravest’s text message, WhatsApp, and mobile messaging programs is governed by our separate SMS Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. The SMS Terms of Service address mobile messaging consent, eligibility, message frequency, carrier issues, message and data rates, opt-out instructions, help instructions, WhatsApp-specific terms, E-SIGN consent, and related mobile messaging terms. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms of Service regarding the operation of Bravest’s mobile messaging programs, the SMS Terms of Service will control for those program terms. This Privacy Policy will continue to govern how Bravest collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information.
7. User Content and Social Media
If you submit content to Bravest or tag, mention, message, post, display, or otherwise make available content to or about Bravest, our products, or our Services, including through Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Discord, or other platforms, we may collect and use that content and related information in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
This may include your name, handle, profile information, images, videos, captions, comments, hashtags, geotags, product tags, and other content or engagement information.
8. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to providers, including Postscript and similar messaging, marketing, email, analytics, and advertising providers, that help us send emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, push notices, advertisements, abandoned cart reminders, product drop notices, restock alerts, analytics, attribution, retargeting, and other marketing communications.
Ecommerce and platform providers. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and Services to you.
Payment processors and financial providers. We may disclose payment, identity, transaction, billing, shipping, fraud-prevention, and related information to third-party payment processors, financing providers, fraud-prevention providers, banks, card networks, payment gateways, chargeback processors, and other financial service providers.
Shipping, fulfillment, and logistics providers. We may disclose information to carriers, fulfillment providers, warehouse providers, customs brokers, logistics vendors, and related service providers to process, ship, deliver, track, return, or otherwise fulfill orders.
Fraud prevention, security, and compliance vendors. We may disclose information to vendors that help us detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to fraud, bot activity, automated checkout activity, unauthorized resale, chargeback abuse, account misuse, security incidents, policy violations, and unlawful activity.
Marketing, SMS, email, analytics, and advertising providers. We may disclose information to providers that help us send emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, push notices, advertisements, abandoned cart reminders, product drop notices, restock alerts, analytics, attribution, retargeting, and other marketing communications. As part of our marketing operations, we process your personal information to send messages to you about us, our partners, and the products and services we offer, which may from time to time include contests, rewards, events, and special offers for products and services. These communications may be tailored based on the communications preferences you select when providing us with your information or your activity on the Services, such as an abandoned cart, and is based on your prior consent, if such consent is required in accordance with applicable law
Social media and collaboration partners. We may disclose or use information in connection with social media interactions, user content, collaborations, promotions, events, giveaways, co-branded releases, and related marketing activities.
Professional, legal, and business advisors. We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, consultants, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisors.
Legal, safety, and enforcement recipients. We may disclose information to courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, payment networks, or other parties where we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, protect customers, prevent fraud, or respond to legal process.
Business transaction parties. We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change of control, or similar transaction.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it for money. However, some uses of cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and advertising technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws.
We disclose personal information to our service providers to allow them to provide services to us and assist in carrying out your requests, and to our partners in aggregate, demographic form in connection with our marketing and business development efforts. However, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
In addition, we may disclose information we maintain, including personal information: when permitted or required to do so by law; in response to a request from a law enforcement agency or authority or any regulatory authority; and/or to protect the integrity of the Services or our interests, rights, property, or health and safety, and/or that of our customers, users, and others.
9. Your Choices
You may opt out of marketing text messages, WhatsApp messages, and other mobile messages as described in our SMS Terms of Service. You may control certain cookies through your browser settings or, where available, through our cookie preference tools. You may also adjust advertising preferences through third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising networks.
Opt-Out Preference Signals. You may also opt out of certain online tracking for targeted advertising, sale, or sharing purposes by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, in your browser or browser extension. Where required by applicable law, we will treat such signal as a request to opt out for the browser or device through which the signal is sent.
10. Your Privacy Rights
You have a variety of legal rights regarding the collection and processing of personal information. You may exercise these rights, to the extent they apply to you, by contacting us at the contact information provided at the end of this Privacy Statement, or by following instructions provided in communications sent to you. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information.
Please be prepared to provide additional information to identify yourself and authenticate your requests. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Your European Union and United Kingdom Privacy Rights
In addition to the above-listed rights, European Union and United Kingdom privacy law provides individuals with enhanced rights in respect of their personal information. These rights may include, depending on the circumstances surrounding the processing of personal information:

Your Canadian Privacy Rights
Residents of Canada are permitted to request and obtain from us information respecting the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information as well as access to that information (subject to certain exceptions pursuant to applicable laws). Without limiting the above, residents of Canada will, upon request:

However, we may still send transactional messages as permitted under applicable laws.

Your Nevada Privacy Rights

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising Opt-Outs. We may use third-party analytics, advertising, and marketing technologies, including cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tools provided by platforms such as Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, and similar providers. These technologies may be used for analytics, attribution, retargeting, audience measurement, advertising personalization, abandoned cart reminders, and campaign performance measurement. Submitting Privacy Requests. To exercise any privacy rights available to you under applicable law, you may contact us at legal@braveststudios.com. Your request must provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information and must describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a privacy request unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act on the request as permitted by law.

We may require the authorized agent to provide proof that you authorized the agent to act on your behalf, and we may also require you to verify your identity directly with us or confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
